RhinoShield India General Defect Warranty Terms & Conditions

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects (see below) in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, RhinoShield India reserves the right to replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material defects or workmanship. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.

What we will do?

Rhinoshield India will replace the product at no charge, with a brand new product for the same model.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for products purchased from RhinoShield India is 30 DAYS starting from the date of delivery.

What is NOT covered by this Limited Warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by / originates from:  

1. Drops.
2. Installation failures.
3. Normal daily wear and tear.
4. Intentional modifications.
5. Products not sold by us or authorized resellers.
6. Products not manufactured by us.
7. Misuse and/or mishandling of product.
8. Theft or loss of the product.
   
   

What to do?

To obtain this warranty service, you MUST first contact us with a valid proof of purchase AND two (2) photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please note we do not accept unannounced returned damaged products.

RhinoShield India reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate the warranty.

 

This Limited Warranty applies to the following products:

1. RhinoShield CrashGuard Bumper
2. RhinoShield PlayProof Case
3. RhinoShield Mod (Frame, Buttons, Rim, BackPlate)
4. RhinoShield SolidSuit Case
5. RhinoShield Impact Protection Screen Protector
6. RhinoShield 9H Tempered Glass Protector
7. RhinoShield Impact Flex Back Protector
8. RhinoShield MFI Certified Lightning Cable
9. RhinoShield Add-on Lenses

*Products mentioned above must be purchased from us or from authorized resellers with a valid proof of purchase.

Please check the quality of the products upon reception and contact us if you see anything out of the ordinary. For any product damaged upon arrival you MUST contact us within 7 days after arrival or the product will not be considered as such.

This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to the following products:

• RhinoShield Scratch Guard Back Film
• RhinoShield Free Back Skin and/or Metallic Back Skin
• Free and/or promotional products (reviews, videos, etc.) 
  
  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Upbeat Retail the official distributor of RhinoShield in India, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and its suppliers be liable whether under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages such as:

1. loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if Upbeat Retail has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. loss of any consumer devices; loss of property; or
3. losses relating to any business of yours; loss of profit; loss of opportunity; or
4. loss of data stored on the the device; or inability to access data.

The entire liability of Upbeat Retail and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product.

Except as expressly set forth by the warranties provided here, Upbeat Retail makes no other express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchant ability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition, Upbeat Retail will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.

Upbeat Retail reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit RhinoShield product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.

Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the General Defect Warranty but for the Lifetime Replacement Program Policy. For products that come as a package, only the defected product from the package will be remedied.
