Refunds (if applicable) :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and will automatically be credited to your original method of payment, within 4-7 working days.
Note: For refunds of Cash on delivery orders, we request you to share the bank details via email for us to initiate the transfer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts not due to our error.
- If the return is initiated more than 10 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
If you haven’t received the refund yet, kindly check with your bank as it takes 4-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. In some cases it depends on the monthly cycle of the bank.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Only products bought directly on our website can be returned or exchanged. If you have bought the product from Amazon or from any other reseller, please be sure to contact them.
