    • How protective are your products?

      Martin -

      To protect your phone, we offer two kinds of products: Screen Protectors and Cases.

      We always suggest our customers to use both products to allow a better and more complete protection for their phones. Failure to use any of the two will drastically decrease the protection offered by any product.

      An item, in order to protect your phone, needs to absorb the energy emerging from the impact. To do that, the impact needs to be on the item itself. Otherwise, if an impact is directly done to the device itself, the energy will be transferred to the device, which will get damaged. The screen protector or case will not provide any protection if it does not absorb the impact itself.

      By only using the bumper, a direct impact on an uneven surface or an item falling on your screen will result in damage to the device.

      With the same logic, if only the screen protector is used, the device will get damaged if it falls on its side.
      This is not an issue specific only to our products, but with all products out there.


      With both products on, your phone will have a very high degree of protection. However it is still not 100%, as there are still a few, minor unprotected areas. For example: the home button or even the speaker grill.

      Our Impact Resistant Screen Protector and Tempered Glass Screen Protector will protect your phone against direct impacts and scratches.

      Our cases (CrashGuard, PlayProof, SolidSuit) will protect your phone from side drops and front drops only if the surface is completely flat and devoid of objects (sidewalks are considered uneven surfaces).       We strongly recommend you use a screen protector and case together to make sure that your phone is protected in all situations. Our Impact Resistant Screen Protector will provide more impact protection than our Tempered Glass Screen Protector. This is the product we use for all of our Impact Protection tests.

       

    • What is the difference between your CrashGuard / PlayProof / SolidSuit cases?

      Martin -

      While we have several different cases, you can rest assured they all provide the same level of impact protection, as they are made from the same materials.

      If you like to display the original design of your phone with a minimalist touch, you may want to go with the CrashGuard. Since it is a bumper style case, you can feel the back of the device as it only wraps around the sides, covering as little as possible. We offer several colors for you to choose from. This is the perfect option if you have a skin on your device.

      If you feel like you want to have more protection coverage for your phone, you may want to go with either the PlayProof or SolidSuit case, which sports a more traditional design offering full protection coverage of the back. This is the best option if you absolutely want to avoid scratches on the back of the device.

      PlayProof has a matte design

      SolidSuit on the other hand, is more about the feel of textures, offering a premium feel and aesthetic of carbon fiber, marble or brushed steel to your phone.

      We are still developing leather finish SolidSuits at the moment, and in the future, it may become available.

    • What is your warranty policy?

      Our warranty only applies to our own products. It does not extend to any device (your phone, your tablet) or any third party items (skins, chargers, etc).

      General Defect Warranty Policy

      Our General Defect Warranty covers any defect that are the result of manufacturing errors. This does not include installation failure, tear, wear, and etc.

    • Does your case fit with other screen protectors?

      Martin -

      As there are quite a lot of other third party screen protectors on the market, we have not done tests on all of them in regards to the variety of cases we carry.

      The screen protector you wish to use will most likely fit our cases, as we know, most screen protectors on the market do (we design our cases with this intention in mind). However, there are many variables that will unfortunately affect the fitting of our case with your third party screen protectors that we cannot control. For example: the coverage, thickness, and alignment...etc

      We are not responsible if our products are incompatible with other brands’ items or if a product is damaged when used in combination of ours.

      If you are not sure, please check out our screen protectors because we are certain that they will be 100% compatible.

    • Does your case fit with a skin?

      Alex -

      Most skins (dbrand, slickwrap) should fit with our cases.

      Please note there are two factors that will require your attention.

      - The thickness of the skin. If the skin is very thick it might not fit.

      - The surface coverage of the skin. If your skin also covers the sides of the device, please pay special attention to the following:

      The fit of the case will leave a bit of space because a little room is required to put it on the phone. This means that there is room for a thin skin to get in between on the sides. If your skin also covers the sides, please be very careful when putting the case on (or taking it off), as it may cause the skin to lift up or to crumple.

      We are not be responsible when your skin is damaged during installation of our products.

       

      *Due the the design of the OnePlus 5 Bumper, we do not recommend using a skin that covers the sides.

    • Will the camera lens touch the surface directly if I put my phone on its back?

      Alex -

      Nope, no worries!

      All of our cases are designed with a bezel and depth so when placing your phone flat on the surface, the camera lens will not have direct contact with the surface.

      The front also has a bezel that prevents your screen from touching the surface (when the surface is flat).

      However, please beware that direct impact on the camera lens may still cause damages to it.

    • Can I use my headphone / earphones / adapter with your case?

      Martin -

      However it is very possible that the thicker ones do not go in, such as ones from monitor headphones as they tend to use larger jacks.

      For these situations, you may want to use a male to female extension adapter to allow the use of a larger jack.

    • Will the camera lens touch the surface directly if I put my phone on its back?

      Martin -

      We make sure that our cases will be compatible with at least the official cable that come with the phone.
      With other third party cables however, it might not be 100% compatible as there are quite a few on the market.
       
      Considering the importance of a case for your phone, we believe it is easier to buy a cable fitting your case rather than buying a case that fit your cable. Having said that, please be aware that we do our best to make the port as big as possible, while still providing sufficient protection.
       
      For docks, the PlayProof and SolidSuit will be usable with the Apple Dock. The CrashGuard however will not.

    • Will the camera lens touch the surface directly if I put my phone on its back?

      Martin -

      Unfortunately it does not. Our bumper for Galaxy S6 will not fit the Galaxy S6 Edge, and our bumper for Galaxy S7 will not fit the Galaxy S7 Edge.
       
      Since the normal version of the Galaxy's dimension is quite different from that of the Galaxy Edge's, not only will it not fit, but also the buttons and cutouts will not line up.
       
      We will unfortunately not produce any product for these devices.

      We currently only offer SolidSuit Suit for iPhone 6/6s, 6 Plus/6s Plus, 7 and 7 Plus.

      Please check our SolidSuit page for the devices we support! Please note that we are currently not looking into extending this list to Android devices. It may change in the future, but not for devices that are already released.

      If you are looking to get a SolidSuit for a device that has been out for over half a year and you still do not see it on our website, chances are we will not produce any SolidSuit case for it. However, still feel free to follow us on social media to get our latest updates!

    Screen Protector

    • What is the difference between your two types of screen protector?

      Alex -

      Our Impact Protection Screen Protector is made from 6 layers of soft polymers designed to disperse direct impacts. It is plastic based and the hardness is rated at 4-5 on the MOHS scale. By definition, it has superior impact dispersion features and will never crack but may get more small nicks and scratches over time.

       

      Our 9H Tempered Glass Screen Protector is made from strengthen tempered glass. It is rated 9H on the MOHS scale and is extremely resistant to abrasions and scratches. While it provides ample impact protection, it may crack more easily from drops and impacts. It is 3D curved Edge to Edge and is more fingerprint resistance than the Impact Protection Screen Protector. 

      Overall, if you are more concerned about the protection of your device, we would advise you to use our Impact Protection Screen Protector. If you are more concerned about keeping your screen protector free from smudges and scratches, we advise you to use our Tempered Glass Screen Protector.

    • Can I clean the screen protector if there is dust?

      Alex -

      Our Impact Protection screen protectors are cleanable and can be washed by water then reapplied.
      Any kind of lint or particle stuck on the adhesion can be washed away.
       
      In order to clean a RhinoShield Impact Protection Screen Protector, please follow these few steps:
       
      - If the RhinoShield Impact Protection Screen Protector is on your phone, please take it off. You should use the stickers provided or any kind of tape to make sure you do not damage the adhesive with your fingernails if needed.
       
      - Let water pour down on the whole screen protector's two sides and make sure you remove every piece of dust and anything else that could prevent it from sticking again. Tap water is fine.
       
      - In order to dry it, please do not rub anything against it. Please simply shake it in the air with your fingers 10-20 seconds. It will remove most of the water.
       
      - Reapply while still wet. You will be able to remove the bubbles later with the squeegee.
       
       
      Our 9H Tempered Glass Protector is unfortunately not cleanable. If, however, in the event of it collecting dust on the adhesion side, please be sure to contact us.
       
    • Can I reapply the RhinoShield Impact Protection Screen Protector?

      Alex -

      Please be assured that our Impact Protection Screen Protector is completely reusable and reappliable!

      As long as the adhesive layer is not damaged, you can remove the screen protector from your phone and reuse it when you want to.

      If you are sending your phone for repair, please be sure to remove the screen protector beforehand and keep it well stored so that you can reapply it once your phone is back with you. If you do not, the repair shop will throw it away and this is not covered by the warranty.

      To store the screen protector, we suggest that you attach it to any flat and clean surface such as window or TV and away from too much sun. Please ensure to wipe the surface before attaching as to avoid any dusts stuck on the screen protector. 

      Our 9H Tempered Glass Protector is unfortunately not reusable. If, however, in the event of it being damaged, please be sure to contact us.

    • Is your Impact Protection Screen Protector scratch resistant ?

      Alex -

      Our Impact Protection Screen Protector is rated at 4 to 5 on the MOHS Scale. By definition, there are still quite a few items that are able to scratch it. Keys and coins in a pocket will NOT scratch it under normal circumstances. Please note Micro-scratches will happen due daily usage and the environment the screen protector is used in.

      Our 9H Tempered Glass Protector is rated at 9 on the MOHS scale. It is less likely to get scratched. However, please be aware that due to daily usage and the environment it is in, the screen protector still can get scratched.

    • Is your Impact Protection Screen Protector fingerprint resistant?

      Alex -

      Our Impact Protection Screen Protector is unfortunately not fingerprint proof. However, its oleophobic coating provides a certain amount of finger smudge resistance. It keeps the grease at bay by not allowing it to adhere to the protector and making any grease easy to wipe away.

      If keeping the screen clean from any smudges is very important to you, we would advise you to use our Tempered Glass Screen Protector, which offers a much higher resistance to smudges and fingerprint. However it provides less protection against impacts.

    • Will this plastic Impact Protection Screen Protector yellow? Will it halo?

      Alex -

      While our Impact Protection Screen Protector is not 100% clear due to our engineer choices for the protective materials, it will retain its clarity and not become more tinted with use.

      Please note we design our Impact Protection Screen Protectors to the maximum width as the materials are unable to adhere to non flat surfaces. Since our screen protectors are not edge to edge like some screen protectors on the market, there should not be any Halo effect (air bubbles surrounding the edges of the screen protector). If there are any air bubbles surrounding the edges, please re-apply the screen protector for a better alignment.

      If problem persists, be sure to contact us with a proof of purchase and at least 2 pictures of the issue you are having.

       

    • Is it necessary to have a back protector with your bumper?

      Alex -

      We do not have back protectors for every device and apologize for the inconvenience. 

      If you are using a bumper, we would suggest you purchase one as not all impacts happen on the screen or the sides. However, we rarely hear of any screen shattering from a rear impact.

      If you are not concerned about scratches on the back of your device, you can rest assured that the front screen protector and bumper together provides plenty of protection for daily usage as the bezel on the back can protect your phone from direct impact on a flat surface. 

      We know that many of our customers prefer to use our bumper without anything on the back so they can feel the back of the phone. It offers a feeling of even less bulk. 

       

    • Is it normal that I see bubbles and dents when I use polarized sunglasses?

      Alex -

      When you notice any spots or abnormal patterns on the screen protector with the use of polarized sunglasses, it is not considered as a defect.

      The material engineering choices we make for the screen protector may sometimes interact abnormally with polarized items thus making it incompatible with your sunglasses.

      If you have used our screen protector already, we will unfortunately not be able to process a return for it.

       

       

    • If I use a hammer to smash the screen and it shattered, can you replace my screen?

      Alex -

      We strongly suggest that you do not do any personal testing with our items as there are other variables such as the phone condition, the environment of the test, etc. For example, if a device has been hit 10 times before installing our products, the efficacy of our products (or any other product) will be greatly diminished.

      Our products do not come with any warranty for the devices they protect. If your device is damaged on purpose or by accident, unfortunately we will not be able to help cover any cost of repair. 

      If your screen cracks due to your personal test, unfortunately we will not be responsible.

    • What are the measurements of the CrashGuard / PlayProof / SolidSuit ?

    • I can't install / put on / remove / take off the bumper.

      As the materials used in the making of the Bumper is quite sturdy in order to provide the necessary protection, there is a specific way to install and remove the bumper.

      If you have followed the short instructions included in the packaging and are still unable to install or remove the bumper, then we recommend that you watch the tutorial videos on our site for detailed instructions.

    • What are the measurements for PlayProof?

      As we follow the shape of the phone very closely, each item has a different dimension depending on the phone.

       

      Here are the dimension of our PlayProof and SolidSuit Cases for all the devices:

      iPhone 6 / 6s: 71.6mm x 142.7mm x 10.1mm

      iPhone 6 Plus / 6s Plus: 82.4mm x 162.8mm x 10.3mm

    • Can I print my own design onto the case?

      We are currently not looking into having full personalisation printing on our case

    • I can't install / put on / remove / take off the PlayProof / SolidSuit Case

      As the materials used in the making of our cases is quite sturdy (in order to provide the necessary protection) there is a specific way to install and remove them.

    • Can I still use PlayProof or SolidSuit if I have a back protector on?

      Yes, no problem!

      You will not have to remove your back protector if you are using one of our full back cases. Simply install our case without removing the back protector and you are good to go!

      Please be aware that it will slightly reduce the bezel of the case on the front side. However, the bezel should still prevent the screen from direct contact with a flat surface. Please not that the alignement of the speaker holes might also be a bit off (but very hardly noticeable).

    • Which country / countries do you ship to?

      We ship only in India

    • My order was "Fulfilled" but it hasn't been delivered?

      Please note a "fulfilled" status indicates that your order has been forwarded from our warehouse to the courier / post office for processing and delivery. It has yet to be delivered to you but is on the way. You will receive a tracking number within 4 business days of your order being fulfilled to follow the delivery.

    • When will my order be shipped?

      Alex -

      We ship from Monday to Friday. It usually takes about 1-2 business days to fulfill your order, excluding Pre-orders, holidays, and unexpected delays

      If your order was placed after the day's cutoff, it will be fulfilled on the next business day. If the order was placed on Friday, it will be fulfilled on Monday. 

    • How much does shipping cost to my city?

      Shipping is free. Visit our shipping policy page to get an estimation. 

    • How will you ship my item?

      We use multiple courier partner including Bluedart and E-com Express.

    • How long does it take to ship to my place?

      Shipping time varies from city to city, depending on the carrier. Metro to Metro takes 2 working days after shipping and rest of India takes 3 to 4 working days.

    • Where is my order shipped from?

      Depending on your location, we will ship from different locations. Most of the orders are shipped from Bangalore

    • The estimated shipping time has passed / my parcel is very slow, what should I do?

      Reqeust you to contact us.

    • My parcel has been returned to the sender, what should I do?

      Taylor -

      We will contact you once we receive your returned parcel.

      You can also contact us once you see such information on the tracking system and we will try our best to assist you with the issue and have the product reshipped to you as soon as possible. Be sure to check the shipping address you provided and let us know if it is not correct.

      Please note if the reason for the return is not a fault of ours, you will most likely be responsible for covering the reship fee.

    • I wasn't home when courier partner was delivering, will they ship again?

      Corier company will always require a signature upon delivery.

      If they missed you while you were away, they will try to get in contact with you via the phone number and /or e-mail that you provided to us during checkout so please be sure to double check your contact information when placing the order.

      Please note that if we or Courier company are unable to get in contact with you after a certain amount of time, your item will be sent back to us and you may have to cover the courier shipping fee once more for a second shipment if necessary. If your parcel is sent back to us, the cost of shipment will be deducted from a potential refund. This amount cannot be covered by us.

    • My tracking is stuck / not updating, where is my order?

      Once you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, it means that your parcel has been processed and shipped out. It takes 3 to 5 working hours for tracking to go live after shipping.

    • When will I receive my tracking number?

      Please be assured that for shipping, you will be given a tracking number in an automated shipping confirmation email that shall be sent to you after your order has been processed.

    • How do I track my order? (All countries)

      An automated e-mail with a tracking link will be sent to you within 1-2 business days after the shipping confirmation e-mail.

    • Your website does not work. Can you help?

      We are sorry you are experiencing this issue with our website. We might not be aware when our IT monkeys break something. Here are a few things you can do: clear all the cookies, switch to a different browser, try a different device (computer / mobile / tablet) or try again later.

      If the issue continues, please contact our support team mentioning the following:

      1. The device you are using and Operating System (Ex: iPhone 6s - iOS 9.2)
      2. The browser version (Ex: Chrome 51.0.2704.103 (64-bit))
      3. Any error message or bug you are seeing on the screen. The best would be to provide a screenshot.

      We will try our best to fix any issues as soon as we can.

    • Do I have to register to purchase?

      While you do not need to register to purchase, we suggest that you create an account with us for a fast and easy shopping experience!

    Preorders

    • How can I check the status of my Pre-Order?

      Martin -

      To check the status of a Pre-Ordered item, please sign in to view your order information if you have registered an account with us. If your Pre-Ordered item has yet to be shipped, it will appear as "unfulfilled" and the estimated shipping date is usually provided along with your order confirmation email.

    • I only have one pre-ordered item, will you ship my other item first?

      Martin -

      We will only ship the order once every item are available.

      If you have items in your order that can be shipped earlier, you can contact us to split your order. However, you might be required to cover additional shipping fees.

      Please contact us if you want to split your order. Be sure to specify for each shipment if you would like to ship to a different address or not, and which shipping method you choose (Standard Shipping or FedEx). Also let us know what content you want in each parcel.

       

       

    • the product is on Pre-Order, will I still be charged?

      Yes, we charge upon Pre-Ordering.


      As we value your security, we do not keep ANY credit card information and authorization on our site, which is usually what other online shops that charge upon shipping out the Pre-Ordered items do. 


      If you do not wish to pay for a Pre-Ordered item in advance and would like your payment back first, please feel free to contact us. We will cancel your order and process full refund as long as the Pre-Ordered item has not been shipped out.

       

       

    • What is a "Pre-Order"?

      Martin -

      When an item is on Pre-Order, it means the item has yet to be released, and is still being produced. It might be due to the product being new, or due to stocking issue. 

      For more information about the item you are Pre-Ordering, please either refer to the product page or contact us.

      If your inquiry is about the shipping date of the Pre-Ordered item, please first check the product page as we always provide an estimated shipping time there. Note that the estimated shipping date is subject to change but we do our best to have the products ready as soon as possible.

       

      If you have pre-ordered an item and the estimated shipping date changes, you will be notified. Note that you will always have the option to cancel your order before it ships out.

       

    • When will you ship my Pre-Order?

      An Estimated Release Date is usually written next to the product title on our site and on the order confirmation email which you will receive shortly after placing the Pre-Order.

      Please note the release dates are approximate. While we make every effort to meet the target dates, they are subject to change as delays may happen due mostly to production issues. It is an estimated release date, not a guaranteed shipping date.

      If the delay is very serious, we will announce it on our site and contact you by email. We will provide you with an updated shipping date and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling. 

      As soon as your item(s) becomes available, they will be shipped without additional shipping and handling charges.

      Please note that an order containing at least one item on Pre-Order will not be shipped before everything is available. You are welcome to contact us if you wish to split your shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

       

    Changes and Cancellation

    • Can I cancel a Pre-Order?

      Martin -

      If your Pre-Order has yet to be shipped out, we will be able to cancel your Pre-Order and process a full refund no problem. Please contact us ASAP, we will do our best to assist you. 

      If your Pre-Order has already been shipped out, we unfortunately will not be able to make any modifications. You may have to wait until you receive the item in the mail first and then contact us with a few photos of the item and advise the reason for your return in the e-mail. Once we receive your return request, one of our representatives will provide you with further instructions for return.

       

       

       

    • Can I cancel my order?

      Martin -

      If your order has not been shipped out, we will do our best to cancel your order and process a full refund to you! If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number ASAP. If you have ordered a personalised case, we will not be able to cancel it if it is already printed.

      If your order has already been shipped out, we unfortunately will not be able to make any modifications. You may have to wait until you receive the item in the mail first and then contact us with a few photos of the item and advise the reason for your return in the e-mail. Once we receive your return request, one of our representatives will provide you with further instructions for return.

      Please note any shipping fees incurred from this process will not be covered by us. 

       
    • Can I change the content of my order?

    • Can I change my shipping / billing address?

      If your order has not been shipped out, we will be able to change your shipping address for you no problem! Please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to assist you. 

      IMPORTANT: Please avoid contacting us asking if you can change your address without providing the new address. Be sure to provide the correct address in your first message so we are able to change it right away. If we are unable to change it we will let you know.

      If your order has already been shipped out, we will most likely NOT be able to make any modifications. You may want to place a new order right away and/or wait for the package to be returned to us if you cannot receive it.

      Please note we are unable to make any modifications to your billing address once the payment has been completed. However, it will not affect your shipment in any way as long as the shipping address is correct.

  • Returning and Exchanging

    General Questions

    • You sent me the wrong item, what should I do now?

      We sincerely apologize for this shipping error.

      While we always do our best to ensure our items are correctly sent the first time, it is possible that we may make mistakes due to a high load of orders. 

      Please contact us with your order number, a few pictures of everything that you received which includes the front and back side of the packaging that shows the barcode. That will be very helpful for us to determine what needs to be done. We will fix this issue for you ASAP.

    • How long do I have to wait before I see my refund?

      Bella -

      Once we receive your package and our Quality Assurance Team has verified its condition, we will reach out to you via e-mail for this update and process a refund accordingly. Please allow a few business days after we receive the item to process your return and credit your payment (usually 2 to 10 business days).

      Depending on your financial institution and bank, it may take a bit of time for them to process the payment back. Please allow them a few days to 2 weeks for this process. 

      If you still do not see the refund on your statement after two weeks, please be sure to get contact directly with your financial institution or contact us and we will gladly do our best to assist you. 

       

    • How will I be refunded?

      Alex -

      All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges) although we do prefer crediting the refund to your Paytm account if you have one as it is easier for us and faster for you to receive the refund. 

      We will NOT be able to issue any refunds by check or by wire.

      Once a refund has been issued either to your Paytm account or card, it means the refund to your Paytm or card has been approved by our payment platform.

      Depending on your financial institution or bank, it may take a bit of time for them to process the payment back. Please allow them a few days to 2 weeks for this process. 

      If  you still do not see the refund on your statement after two weeks, please be sure to contact us and we will do our best to assist you. 

       

       

    Returning an item

    • What products can be returned or exchanged?

      Bella -

      Only products bought directly on our website can be returned or exchanged. If you have bought from Amazon or from another reseller, please be sure to contact them.

      Products that are in their original packaging with their entire contents in perfect condition / closed or unused condition can be returned for a refund or exchange within 2 days of purchase.

      Screen Protectors must be unused with their entire contents in perfect condition. Used Screen Protectors cannot be returned. This includes peeling off the protective layers from the Screen Protectors. Opened packaging will incur restocking fees.

      Customised PlayProof cases (with our own designs printed on the back) may be returned or exchanged. However, restocking fee might apply.

      Personalised (as opposed to Customised) PlayProof cases  cases cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. For more information, please visit our return policy.


      To start the return process, please contact us with:

      2. At least 2 photos of the item that you wish to return for an exchange

    • I do not have the packaging / only have part of the order, can I still return it?

      If you are missing the packaging or content that comes with your item, we will not able to process the refund.

    • Can I return my item?

      Non personalised items purchased on our website (www.rhinoshield.in) can be returned to us within 2 days of purchase as long as they are in brand new or close to unused condition with their original packaging. Please note Used Screen Protectors cannot be returned. If you have opened the screen protector's packaging, restocking fees will apply.

      If your item was not purchased on our website, please contact the seller for return (If you have ordered on Amazon, please contact Amazon themselves).

    • Can I exchange my product for a different product?

      Non personalised items purchased on our website (www.rhinoshield.in) can be exchanged within 2 days of purchase as long as it is in brand new or in perfect condition with the original packaging. Used Screen Protectors cannot be exchanged. If you have opened the screen protector's packaging, restocking fees will apply.

      If your item was not purchased on our website, you should contact the seller for a return (If you have ordered on Amazon, please contact Amazon themselves).

      Please note any shipping fees incurred during this process will not be covered by us. If you are in a hurry to receive the item, we suggest that you place a new order first and then send the item back to us for a refund later.

    • I bought the product from another seller, can I do a return / an exchange with you?

      Unfortunately, your payment is with them and not us.

      In order to exchange the product purchased from other sellers, you will need to contact them and follow their return / exchange policies. 

      We are sorry that we are not able to help more with this.

      If they are not responsive, you may still contact us as we are always happy to help if you have any issue with our products. However we can already confirm that we will NOT proceed to a regular return or exchange.
